These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Cotton Grove Cavaliers website and certain interactions conducted through the site.

Puppy Availability & Reservations

Puppy availability may change at any time.

Unless otherwise stated, available puppies are placed on a first-come, first-served basis. A puppy is not considered reserved until Cotton Grove Cavaliers has confirmed the reservation and received the required $300 deposit.

Reservation deposits are generally non-refundable, although exceptions may be made at the discretion of Cotton Grove Cavaliers.

The remaining balance is due upon or before pickup or delivery, unless another arrangement has been agreed to.

Pricing, Pickup & Delivery

Puppy pricing, delivery costs, and other charges may vary and will be confirmed as part of the reservation or purchase process.

Pickup and delivery arrangements are coordinated individually. Delivery may be provided directly or through an independent transportation provider, and separate terms or fees may apply.

Health & Genetic Guarantee

Cotton Grove Cavaliers provides a written Health & Genetic Guarantee for each puppy.

The Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours / 3 business days of receiving the puppy.

Cotton Grove also provides a 2-year genetic health guarantee for qualifying serious congenital or hereditary conditions. If an eligible claim is confirmed under the written guarantee, Cotton Grove will replace the puppy with a puppy of comparable value.

All health-related claims, exclusions, documentation requirements, and remedies are governed by the signed Health & Genetic Guarantee.

Trupanion Go Home Day Offer

Cotton Grove provides families with information about the Trupanion Go Home Day Offer.

Pet insurance coverage is separate from Cotton Grove's Health & Genetic Guarantee and is subject to Trupanion's own terms, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and activation requirements.

Rehoming

If at any point a Buyer is unable to continue caring for their dog, Cotton Grove asks that they contact us before surrendering, transferring, or rehoming the dog so available options can be discussed.

Website Information

Cotton Grove Cavaliers makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. Puppy availability, litter timing, pricing, photos, and other details may change.

No guarantee is made regarding a puppy's eventual adult size, weight, coat, markings, personality, reproductive ability, or show potential.
