Once you’ve spoken with Cotton Grove Cavaliers and confirmed the puppy you’d like to reserve, you can submit your $300 reservation deposit below.

Your deposit will be applied toward the puppy’s total purchase price.

Please only submit a deposit after confirming puppy availability with Cotton Grove Cavaliers.
